Embodied in a profound softness that pours gentle wisdom into all she touches; from creating sacred spaces, nurturing bodies with touch & in the facilitation of women & youth. She is like a soothing bear hug, washed with the fragrance of roses & warm ocean air who has a gift for helping you see the inner weavings yearning to be brought to life.
Creating & tending to Housing Earths Rhythms was not something I ever imagined for myself. I grew up wanting to be a veterinarian and was headed for a life in fashion, hair & beauty. Through the many twists and turns life offered me I ended up on my own in South America, living simply for the first time in my life, out in the jungle. During that time I was reconnected to Nature & my heart in a way I’d never before experienced to which suddenly I began to feel full of desire to live a very different kind of life.
Fast forward nearly a decade and I’ve come to understand that my life’s journey is very much rooted in rhythmic learning & understanding the true nature of connection. I live through the question: “How to live in utmost harmony; within and without?”. From this, my passions are all woven from this core and extend themselves through the stories of my life. Weaving together my journey with God, my body, the womb, the heart, the rhythms of feminine essence & the human mineral compositions of healthy life. My inquisitive nature has taken me into so many areas of study: from jungian analysis, somatic healing, interpersonal neurobiology, traditional reproductive wellness, quantum transformation, rites of passage, bodywork, childhood development, embryology, sexuality, movement, inner child & archetypal development, human design & so much more. So, whether it is obvious or not, I am a keen investigator looking to find the knowledge that satiates my inner knowing :
That there is a divine design to our lives & that there are questions that can only be answered through feeling & faith. That vitality, fertility & thriving wellness is our birthright. And ultimately, we were made as part of a Divine & Natural world that we must exist in connection to this, with each other & with our own inner garden to grow fruitful in this life.
Over the last few years I have been moved to provide soft, nurturing spaces and experiences for women to gently unravel themselves into greater harmony and wellbeing. I believe that when given the space, presence & love needed that whatever is ailed can find it’s way to wholeness. That we are each our own healer & simply need space to be met, witnessed & reminded of the path through the wilderness of life. In this, I find great joy in weaving unique opportunities to support the communities I find myself apart of.
At present, I am tending a new sprout in my garden. A seed planted long ago, intended for the younger generation of womb bearers; the little ones just entering their pubescent years. I ache & delight to imagine a world full of young females who are excited to become women. To bleed, create & thrive in this world rooted in their bodies, receptive to their inner voices & knowing how to tend to themselves so they can exist authentically in this ever changing culture. They are our future and deserve to receive the support & opportunities that many of us sorely went without, yet now so deeply longed to have had. I am weaving together this wisdom of Nature & the journey into womanhood to create programs & experiences for our girls to feel seen, known & tended to in one of the most pivotal times of their lives.
When I’m not studying, supporting & creating, you can often find me in the ocean, in the thick of the forest & gently lounging in my days. Moving slowly & attentively; drinking in the sweet whispers of life as I feel and ponder the next layer of wisdom that may grace my life.
