This pop-up class will be focused on LIVING CYCLICALLY.

The gifts of our rhythmic nature, how to live attuned to your cycle and enrich your life through inner listening. How Nature is our greatest guide in being in a womb bearing body. The ways in which our inner rhythms can become disrupted & how to listen to their messages and more...

These group spaces will be catered to the curiosities and needs of each individual group.

WombCare always begins with gentle agreements, sharing & a dropping into our precious bodies.

You will float away from this WombCare feeling a greater sense of empowerment. Expanded in your knowledge of being a woman with a cycling body & nourished in body, mind & heart in sharing such a rich womanly experience to add to your kete if womens wisdom.

Please bring :

a journal & pen

clothes to be comfortable & cozy

a cushion and/or mat

& a mug for enjoying a womby tea

Cost for attendance is $45

*Teenagers welcome* at $25
