a space for women to connect, learn and experience the well of wisdom & inner nourishment of their wombspace.
This pop-up class will be focused on CYCLICAL LIVING
Living in accordance with our inner seasons is the foundation of a well and balanced life for a woman. Nature gifted the female form with this dance, this rhythmic movement that gives life its most bountiful expression.
Come and remember the inherent play of your cycling being and find enrichment in your life through inner listening, embodied connection & warmth. In this space I will share the many layers that are alive within each season and how they express through our bodies, our hormones, our desires & capacities for different states.

…each one its own unique form, each one its own precious voice and carrying its own powerful wisdom & challenges.
I will share the needs of each season, from self care to foods to questions for self reflection, alongside speaking to the things that can disrupt our natural rhythms and how to find the way back to a natural expression.
What is most important in this space is to stimulate a remembering of this inherent way of being, so you can reclaim your own unique rhythm and utilise this space to share and ask questions that may have long been unheard or unanswered.
As these group spaces will be catered to the curiosities and needs of each individual group.
You will float away from this WombCare feeling a greater sense of empowerment; expanded in your knowledge of being a woman with a cycling body & nourished in heart, womb & mind from sharing such a rich experience to add to your kete of inherent womens wisdom.

a journal & pen
clothes to be comfortable & cozy
a cushion and/or mat
& a mug for enjoying a womby tea
Cost for attendance is $35 advance registration & $50 at the door
*Menstruating Teenagers welcome* at $15
